Short version: Digital products have a 7-day refund window if they don't work as described. Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. Monthly retainers are cancellable with 30 days' notice. If something goes wrong, email us first — we'd rather fix it than fight about it.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a digital product (toolkit, downloadable files) doesn't work as described, we'll make it right.

Monthly retainer — cancellation

You can cancel your monthly retainer at any time by emailing drake@rootframe.co with 30 days' written notice. Your service continues through the end of the notice period. The final month's fee is billed in full and is non-refundable.

We don't do lock-in contracts. If you're unhappy with the service, tell us and we'll work to fix it before you cancel. If it's still not right after we've tried, we'll let you go cleanly.

Done-in-a-Day builds

Done-in-a-Day sessions require significant preparation time. Cancellation policy:

If we need to reschedule a session due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full credit toward a rescheduled session or a full refund at your choice.
