Short version: We collect only what we need to serve you. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
root.frame ("we," "us," or "our") is a business automation services company based in Atlanta, Georgia, operating at rootframe.co. Our contact email is drake@rootframe.co.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact and inquiry information: Name, email address, business name, and any message content when you fill out a contact form, book a call, or email us directly.
- Diagnostic tool inputs: When you use our free diagnostic tools (no-show calculator, revenue estimator, etc.), you may enter business metrics such as appointment volume, ticket value, and review counts. These inputs are used to generate your results and may be sent to our systems via webhook to follow up with you.
- Email opt-in: If you subscribe to receive our content, we collect your email address and use it solely to send you what you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Purchase information: When you purchase a product (e.g., The Revenue Leak Repair Kit), payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive your name, email, and a confirmation of purchase from Stripe.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: If you accept cookies, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, time on site, general geography). This data is anonymized and not tied to individual identities.
- Cookies: We use a single consent cookie to remember your cookie preference. If you decline analytics, no tracking cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
- Webhook events: Our diagnostic tools fire events to our automation backend when you interact with them (e.g., completing a tool, submitting an email). These events include your inputs and a timestamp. No sensitive personal information beyond what you've entered is transmitted.
3. How we use your information

- To send you content you've opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Tools we use to operate our business, including Stripe (payment processing), Zoho or Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and n8n (automation infrastructure). These providers process data only as directed by us and under data processing agreements.
